There are various levels of project management services that we offer our clients ranging from simply producing weekly reports on a particular job during construction to procuring and coordinating the construction materials to site. As most of our clients reside outside of the British Virgin Islands we provide the necessary oversight to ensure that the project is on time, on budget and is constructed as it was intended.

We started working with Dion Stoutt when we first started looking at building in the BVI’s. Dion was very professional and very easy to work with. We were extremely happy with his ideas and design. Dion was happy to work with us on any small changes we had. Dion was wonderful from the start all the way thru to the finish construction which means a lot when building in an area with unfamiliar laws codes and construction methods. We would recommend Dion Stoutt and his staff at STO Enterprise to anyone building in the BVI.

We had a unique challenge with our house in that we needed to have the design include building a newly constructed stone ruin wall as molding into a new Authentic early West Indian wood house with no concrete showing. Dion was able to provide detailed drawings that enabled the B.V.I. workmen to accurately accomplish this.
